Delivery & Shipping  Our primary objective is to offer our customers the fastest delivery service possible. We are always here to assist you.  Standard Delivery:  By default, all orders are handled through our standard delivery service, which usually requires 3 to 7 working days for delivery. Deliveries are scheduled between 8 am and 4 pm. Prior to your order's arrival, we will contact you to furnish an estimated delivery window, guaranteeing that you are well-informed about when to expect your doors.  Delivery Cost:  All orders are subject to a £50 standard delivery fee. However, if your total purchase exceeds £1000, you'll be eligible for free delivery. We apologize for being unable to ship orders to Northern Ireland at the moment. Customers in Scotland should contact us directly to inquire about shipping costs for their orders.  Checking of the materials delivered:  In the unlikely event of any issues with the delivered goods, we recommend checking the doors for visible damage or unsuitability. Should any damage be noticed, promptly inform the courier, decline the delivery, and notify us within 24 hours. All doors must be inspected within 24 hours of receipt. Report any discrepancies or defects to Doors 4 Yours within this timeframe via message or phone call. Please note that making alterations to the doors beyond this period will render them ineligible for returns.  Goods eligible for return must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. To request a return, it must be done within 48 Hours of purchase, along with providing photographs to show the goods' condition, and obtain approval from Doors 4 Yours. Collection and restocking fees will apply.  For goods deemed defective or damaged, they may be returned upon investigation and approval by Doors 4 Yours, provided certain criteria are met. Edge damage must be noted on the pod. Face damage must be reported within 24 hours, with accompanying photographs. Manufacturing defects must be reported immediately, along with supplying photographs before installation. This excludes manufacturing faults that occur after hanging.
